This is a great video for anyone interested in spinning. All three of the men who perform are very talented and display a variety of techniques and poi. The slow motion spinning and the black/white hands & poi make it very easy to track what it is they are doing. I really enjoyed hearing about how they feel about what they are doing as opposed to just being taught technique. A great video and very helpful.
