KEVLAR® cord / string is used by many for sewing when building and/or repairing equipment. Some also use it for making fire-eating torches, as it is easily wrapped on and tied off. Our cord is between 1/16 in. (1.6mm) and 1/32 in. (0.8mm), depending on how tight it is pulled, and is made up of four (4) twisted fibers. The fibers are easy to un-twist, should you need a thinner piece to work with.

Sold by the foot.

This stuff is a dream come true for any props that need some mending. Just buy yourself some furniture needles (pack of three 8" buggers for 80 cents at walmart)and you can repair anything. Doesn't break like the thread does.
